Maintenance and Repair

The Maintenance and Repair (sometimes referred to as “RMA” or “MRO”) main objective is to minimize the cost and the time spent on solving problems with defective products.

to reduce the expertise and training required by technicians;
to accelerate the detection of the source of problems;
to identify the most effective actions to repair products;
to accelerate the recertification of repaired products.
