Lead Generation Specialist
Job duties and responsibilities:
Teleprospecting potential new clients to schedule sales meetings. This includes:
- Performing the initial call, introducing Proligent, talking to potential clients about business needs and initiatives, qualifying leads against set criteria and booking sales appointments .
- Documenting calling efforts, including customer database management and prospect profiling
- Working within a team environment (under the direction of a lead generation sales manager) to meet lead generation goals .
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one successful year of B2B sales experience. A background in hi-tech sales or in hi-tech lead-generation services is preferred
- Proven track record of making successful teleprospecting
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of business organizational procedures
- Competency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Knowledge of Microsoft CRM a plus
Required skills:
- Self-motivation and discipline
- High comfort level with cold calling and selling to executives and managers
- Ability to deliver convincing sales pitches
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluent in English and French
